AutoShield Protection Quotes ("AutoShield", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website as a marketing and lead-generation service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information about visitors and consumers who submit a quote request.

1. Who We Are

AutoShield is not an insurer, warranty administrator, vehicle service contract obligor, or repair facility. We connect consumers interested in vehicle service contracts and auto protection products with participating providers and marketing partners, including EVG Companies, Inc., Omega Auto Care, TLW Media, and other licensed marketing partners (collectively, the "Marketing Partners"). 2. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model/mileage, and any other information you submit through forms.
  • Consent records: a timestamped copy of the disclosure language you accepted, your IP address, browser/user agent, and where applicable a TrustedForm certificate URL or Jornaya LeadiD token.
  • Automatic data: referring URL, UTM/campaign parameters, page views, device and browser information, and approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To match you with one or more Marketing Partners who can provide quotes.
  • To contact you via call, SMS/MMS, and email regarding your quote, including by automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice when you have provided express written consent.
  • To verify lead quality, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, and improve our services.

4. How We Share Your Information

When you submit a quote request, we share the information you provide with EVG Companies, Inc., Omega Auto Care, TLW Media, and other Marketing Partners who may contact you. Each Marketing Partner is independently responsible for its own use of your information under its own privacy policy.

5. TCPA Consent & SMS Disclosure

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you agreed to the following disclosure: By clicking "Get My Free Quote" and submitting this form, I provide my prior express written consent to receive marketing and informational telephone calls and text messages — including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS/MMS — at the telephone number I provided, from AutoShield Protection Quotes, EVG Companies, Inc., Omega Auto Care, TLW Media, and their marketing partners (a list of which is available at /partners), regarding vehicle service contracts and auto protection plans. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and that I can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. I also agree to AutoShield's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. I am at least 18 years old.

6. Your Choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any text message.
  • Calls: tell the caller you wish to be placed on their internal Do-Not-Call list, or register at donotcall.gov.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
